Key responsibilities & impact

Define the multi-year product strategy for next-generation vehicle platforms and future mobility modes.
Lead a team of Product Leaders across specialized workstreams.
Oversee the strategy and execution of global technology pilots.
Partner with engineering leaders to go deep on key programs weekly.
Ensure that hardware and city tech is well represented to city officials during the RFP process.
Ensure team alignment on product strategies that allow engineering to build scalable solutions.
Own the product vision and execution of features that make cities love Lime.
Set the product goals to drive down Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
Partner closely with Hardware Engineering, Firmware, IoT, and Backend teams for technical tasks.
Align the product roadmap with Government Relations for securing permits.
Continuously seek ways to make products more reliable to save costs on both parts and labor.
Partner with User Experience, Research, and Design teams to understand customer needs and build solutions they love.
Deep dive on financial analysis with finance partners for high-quality investment decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience managing and scaling product management teams in a fast-paced environment. Proven leader of leaders.
Proven track record of leading product management for complex, integrated products that span both hardware and software. Familiarity with technologies at the heart of a SW-defined vehicle (IoT, embedded SW, and Computer Vision).
Eager to roll up sleeves, dive into details of a hardware prototype, and understand operational and rider pain points firsthand.
Experience presenting technical products to external stakeholders, regulators, or government officials in high-pressure environments.
Experience leading the end-to-end lifecycle of physical products, from initial concept and global pilots to full-scale deployment.
Ability to define high-leverage product requirements allowing engineering to build scalable solutions across multiple vehicle modes.
Experienced in using experimentation and User Research to make informed product decisions.
Strong ability to deep-dive into financial analysis and modeling ensuring high-quality, data-driven investment decisions.
