Own the Analytics Architecture: Design and implement the long-term technical vision for Lime for Business’ data warehouse and semantic layer.
Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with General Manager, Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, Operations, Finance, and Accounting to translate business requirements into trusted data products.
Drive Analytics Engineering Excellence: Lead development of robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake, Airflow, and dbt.
Strengthen Data Governance & Quality: Implement automated data validation and monitoring frameworks.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data warehousing, or data architecture roles.
Deep expertise with Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow in production environments.
Strong experience designing scalable data models and semantic layers for business reporting.
Proven track record leading large technical domains and setting architectural direction.
Strong SQL skills and experience implementing automated data testing and CI/CD workflows.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including Director/VP-level partners.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
