About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full Salesforce SDLC, including requirements gathering, solution design, sandbox development, testing, CI/CD deployment, release management, and production support.
- Configure, extend, and troubleshoot Revenue Cloud Advanced (CPQ) for pricing, quoting, bundling, and approval workflows.
- Design and build SOAP and REST integrations connecting Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud Advanced with HubSpot, Gong, Maxio, NetSuite, and other systems.
- Build and maintain Omnistudio-based document-generation solutions for quoting, contracts, and other revenue documents.
- Work hands-on with the Claude Salesforce MCP to accelerate development, automate workflows, and pilot AI-driven capabilities.
- Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Finance to maintain accurate, connected, reporting-ready revenue systems.
- Manage users, profiles, permissions, and security; enforce coding and architectural standards; and document configurations and integrations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency with AI tools and workflows, applying them pragmatically with sound judgment.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
- Strong demonstrated CPQ experience; Revenue Cloud Advanced preferred, with Salesforce CPQ or comparable quote-to-cash platforms considered.
- Proven expertise with SOAP and REST APIs, middleware, and multi-system data flows.
- Experience building external-facing Salesforce applications, such as Experience Cloud or custom Force.com apps.
- Solid Apex, LWC, Flow, Visualforce, and SOQL skills; ability to use declarative and programmatic solutions.
- Experience with Omnistudio, especially document generation, is a strong plus.
- Exposure to HubSpot, Gong, Maxio, and/or NetSuite integrations highly valued.
- Curiosity or hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude, Agentforce, or Einstein.
- Ability to own ambiguous problems and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist, or Application Architect are a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
