About the role

  • The Project Manager, Production ensures successful production execution across a portfolio of Life Science accounts
  • The Project Manager will have customer facing production duties as well as internal responsibility to delegate project coordination and administrative work to teams of Production Coordinators
  • Manage the end to end project management workflow across Life Science accounts; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality standards
  • Manage quality at project level - including Review, Verification, QA, LQE
  • Responds quickly and efficiently to internal and external stakeholders
  • Escalates issues with proposed solutions and maintains SLAs

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of proven project management experience in clinical trials localization preferred
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including meticulous attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
