About the role
- The Project Manager, Production ensures successful production execution across a portfolio of Life Science accounts
- The Project Manager will have customer facing production duties as well as internal responsibility to delegate project coordination and administrative work to teams of Production Coordinators
- Manage the end to end project management workflow across Life Science accounts; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality standards
- Manage quality at project level - including Review, Verification, QA, LQE
- Responds quickly and efficiently to internal and external stakeholders
- Escalates issues with proposed solutions and maintains SLAs
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of proven project management experience in clinical trials localization preferred
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including meticulous attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
