Business Intelligence Developer

• Drive the implementation of Sigma as LILT's BI platform, including dashboard migration, workspace design, and new dashboard development
• Design and build data transformation layers to ensure reliable, consistent reporting
• Create production-grade dashboards and reports that translate business requirements into actionable insights
• Own complex BI integrations including Sigma, BigQuery, Salesforce, and other business systems
• Build elegant, intuitive dashboards that adhere to LILT's visualization standards and UX best practices
• Translate complex business questions into clear visual analytics that drive action
• Optimize dashboard performance and query efficiency
• Develop self-service analytics capabilities that reduce dependency on the BI function
• Triage and prioritize incoming BI requests based on business impact, urgency, and strategic alignment
• Manage SLAs
• Maintain and communicate backlog status, blockers, and trade-offs to stakeholders
• Partner with BI contributors (and, when relevant, Data Engineering) to align on requirements
• Act as a BI contact for cross-functional stakeholders (Revenue, Production, Finance, Product teams)

Business Intelligence Analyst

Payroll

• Run multiple biweekly, semimonthly, and monthly global payroll cycles across multiple countries and worker types (exempt and nonexempt employees + contractors)
• Partner with payroll systems and providers to ensure correct setup and execution
• Collect, validate, and process payroll inputs, including:
• - new hires and terminations
• - salary changes
• - bonuses and commissions
• - timecards
• - unpaid leave, sick leave, PTO adjustments
• - reimbursements and one-time payments
• Maintain accurate payroll records and audit trails for Finance and compliance
• Ensure payroll changes are properly reflected in HRIS and payroll systems
• Coordinate with Finance on payroll funding, approvals, and reporting
• Support payroll reconciliations
• Help ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, tax filings, and statutory requirements (in partnership with providers)
• Respond to employee payroll questions (pay slips, deductions, timing, etc.) in a professional and timely way
• Identify process improvements and implement scalable payroll workflows
• Oversee state-level payroll compliance, including managing correspondence, registrations, and verification requirements across all current and future operating jurisdictions.
• Administer retirement plan funding for the U.S. and U.K., ensuring timely, accurate uploads and ongoing compliance with local regulations.

Global Payroll Specialist

Engineer

• Lead the technical aspects of onboarding new enterprise clients, including system integration, API configuration, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Product teams to design and implement customized LILT solutions that meet specific client requirements, driving their business outcomes.
• Ability to gather requirements, propose a product solution, and implement it via code on-site with customers.
• Provide on-site technical support and training to client teams, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of the LILT platform.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for escalated client issues, diagnosing problems, implementing solutions, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide expert technical consultation and guidance to clients on how to best leverage LILT's features and capabilities within their environment, focused on addressing complex, enterprise workflows.
• Act as a crucial feedback channel, relaying client needs, technical challenges, and product improvement suggestions back to the core Engineering and Product teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including integration guides, best practices, and troubleshooting steps. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Be willing and able to travel frequently (up to 25-35%) to client sites globally.

Forward Deployed Engineer

Technical Writer

• Act as the primary translator between LILT’s high-level computational breakthroughs and our global audience.
• Collaborate as a peer with our Research Team.
• Digest market whitepapers, published papers, experimental data, and new LLMs to produce technical marketing material, research blogs, and "State of the Art" reports.
• Gather information, write, and review content for the LILT Knowledge Base, ensuring technical accuracy in descriptions of our LLM Benchmarks, model assessments, and adaptive AI products.
• Liaise with GTM to produce content for a variety of consumers, from technical customers, buyers, product leaders, and enterprise AI leaders.
• Use your industry knowledge to inform content and informational messaging strategies, whether for pitch decks or for advertising.
