About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate content between English and your native language while preserving cultural nuance and clarity.
- Edit and refine language content for accuracy, tone, and contextual relevance across digital platforms.
- Apply current language standards, usage trends, and best practices to all deliverables.
- Evaluate and provide structured feedback to improve language model quality.
- Collaborate with Production and cross-functional teams to localize content for your language-speaking markets.
- Support content development, localization, and quality assurance for digital tools and applications.
- If transcreation is required, the text should be creatively adapted beyond the source to ensure it reads naturally in the target language.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native-level proficiency in the target language
- ISO 17100 Certification Criteria:
- A recognized graduate qualification in translation, linguistics, or language studies.
- OR a recognized graduate qualification in any other field plus two years of full-time professional translation experience.
- OR five years of full-time professional translation experience
