About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design realistic healthcare and social assistance scenarios in the target language reflecting the target locale clinical and administrative settings.
- Develop structured evaluation rubrics for assessing clinical reasoning, administrative accuracy, and patient safety considerations.
- Review and score AI and human-generated responses for medical correctness, operational feasibility, and communication quality.
- Contribute to "gold standard" answers aligned with best practices in healthcare delivery and patient safety.
- Ensure cultural and contextual appropriateness in target language healthcare environments, including hospital workflows and regulatory expectations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native target language with strong professional English proficiency.
- 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors.
- Background in one or more relevant roles: Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Medical/Health Services Manager, Medical Secretary, Administrative Supervisor in healthcare settings.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare administration, and patient care standards.
- Ability to evaluate accuracy, safety implications, and operational realism in healthcare-related content.
