Key responsibilities & impact

The Project Manager, Production ensures successful production execution across a portfolio of Life Science accounts.
This role is a fundamental component of the production life cycle, ensuring projects are delivered on-time, on budget and to accepted quality standards.
Customer facing production duties as well as internal responsibility to delegate project coordination and administrative work to teams of Production Coordinators.
Able to complete project management tasks autonomously.
Responsible for maintaining resources, core teams, and pipeline to support project management work.
Effectively balances and manages priorities across a variety of task types and customers.
Manage the end to end project management workflow.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time as per customer SLA.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred
2+ years of proven project management experience in clinical trials localization preferred
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including meticulous attention to detail and multitasking skills
Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
