About the role
- Orchestrate complex workflows including translation, QA, DTP, multimedia, and linguistic sign-off for LILT’s largest enterprise customers.
- Engage directly with customers to clarify project requirements, ensure all assets are received, and provide accurate status updates and confirm delivery in line with pre-defined SLAs.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal engineering and linguistic teams to resolve bottlenecks fast.
- Own internal and external communication within pre-defined SLAs.
- Identify risks, potential issues, plan to and mitigate them, and escalate to the Program Leader as appropriate.
- Define and delegate admin work to PCs.
- Control budgets effectively.
- Ensure projects are managed and delivered in line with Production KPIs (Margin, Quality, On Time Delivery).
- Implement new features, efficiencies and initiatives in line with Department and Company goals.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of professional experience in managing large-scale complex production for large scale Enterprise customers.
- Proven customer-facing experience.
- Excellent internal communication skills, including fast responsiveness and quick resolution.
- Solid organizational skills including meticulous attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Experience with In Game localization is preferred.
