About the role
- Orchestrate complex workflows including translation, QA, DTP, multimedia, and linguistic sign-off
- Engage directly with customers to clarify project requirements
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal engineering and linguistic teams
- Own internal and external communication within pre-defined SLAs
- Identify risks and potential issues and mitigate them
- Control budgets effectively
- Effectively balance and manage priorities
- Implement new features and initiatives in line with goals
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of professional experience in managing large-scale complex production for Technology customers
- Native or professional fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English
- Proven customer-facing experience
- Excellent internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including meticulous attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
