About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with the Manager of Signature and department colleagues to manage inventory, purchase orders, returns, credits, and account service requests across Signature Accounts
- Maintain extensive knowledge of company inventory and product shipments to Signature accounts
- Triangulate sales, fulfillment, order management, and margin to drive sales and gross profit
- Manage product shipments and orders across distribution channels to achieve sales targets and optimize total company gross profit
- Interact with the Fulfillment Center team on shipping issues, including weekly shipping meetings, shipping-priority changes, transit days, and non-standard shipping requests
- Provide weekly visibility into Total Company inventory through reporting distributions
- Perform order maintenance functions, including unit reallocation, transit-day and lead-time changes, and reorder entry
- Liaise with distribution teams regarding shipping schedules, fast tracks, seasonal merchandise changes, inventory information, and reorder opportunities
- Set up new Signature accounts after receiving completed credit applications and signed terms agreements
- Set up new term codes for approved non-standard selling terms
- Apply revenue-share and corporate gift-card redemption credits to Signature accounts' open balances
- Use EDI to upload orders and process purchase orders 30 days before start-ship dates
- Review purchase orders against bulk orders, communicate non-standard variances, and reconcile variances before release
- Analyze and roll up monthly and seasonal bookings performance
- Prepare and report OTB for upcoming markets and track results
- Monitor performance against sales plans and KPIs
- Relay important style opportunities to key partners
- Support in-market and pre-market initiatives involving special orders and Signature account requests
- Play a large role in planning market for Signature Stores
- Perform additional duties outside the listed functions as requested
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3 years of experience in Wholesale Operations, Inventory Management, Order Operations, or similar apparel industry roles
- Strong quantitative, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes
- Systems-oriented mindset preferred
- Four-year college degree preferred
- Ability to work a structured hybrid schedule based out of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania
- Ability to undertake some domestic travel to retail stores
- Flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasonal periods
- Compliance with Lilly Pulitzer policies and the detailed Code of Conduct
