About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supports the Retail organization through reporting, analysis, communication, and operational execution
Analyzes daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal retail performance metrics
Creates and maintains recurring retail reporting and dashboards
Identifies business opportunities, risks, and trends and provides recommendations to retail leadership
Supports field leaders with ad hoc reporting and data requests
Monitors performance against sales plans and key performance indicators
Trains and assists with operational processes impacting retail stores

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Lilly Pulitzer Retail store
