Prepare annual plans to deliver on initiatives of product diversification and improved average sales price.
Support annual budgeting for area of responsibilities and meet monthly revenue and margin goals.
Accurate monthly forecasting with action plans to mitigate risk and maximize opportunities.
Provide weekly Key Account performance tracking and reporting.
Conduct routine site visits for information gathering and rapport building with store staff.
Identify and develop new distribution channels such as local and regional stove retailers, farm and garden centers, home improvement centers, and other regional distribution channels.
Analyzing data for strategic approach for regular client line reviews.
Develop trusting relationships between major key clients for industry insights to drive decision making.
Gather and report on critical marketing data as needed.
Work collaboratively with the Regional Inside Sales Representatives when applicable to achieve goals.
Resolving key client issues and complaints.
Negotiating contracts with clients and establishing a timeline of performance.
Grow existing customers and develop new customers to increase market share and plant utilization.
