About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the administration of day-to-day human resources programs and initiatives
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and applicant HR-related questions
  • Assist with recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and new hire onboarding
  • Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and other HR processes
  • Support performance management, including performance reviews and employee development
  • Conduct employee relations activities, including exit interviews and issue resolution
  • Coordinate employee engagement and team-building initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Build and maintain relationships with local colleges, universities, and community organizations to support recruitment initiatives
  • Represent the organization at college and community job fairs to promote employment opportunities and strengthen the employer brand

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of human resources experience
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR certification preferred
