About the role
- Lead and oversee the Serious Illness program, ensuring quality care, compliance, and patient satisfaction
- Manage department operations, including revenue, productivity, and referral relationships
- Develop and monitor the annual budget, tracking expenses and performance
- Guide staff on clinical standards, documentation, workflow, and billing processes
- Drive program development, marketing collaboration, and growth initiatives
- Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and alignment with organizational goals
Requirements
- Current RN license
- Master’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of clinical leadership experience in palliative care
- Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle
