About the role

  • Make 50+ outbound collection calls daily, maintaining a professional approach and building strong customer relationships
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions to support ongoing collection efforts
  • Ensure timely collection of payments in line with due dates
  • Identify reasons for account delinquency, collaborating with management and Sales Representatives to address issues
  • Work with collection agencies to resolve overdue accounts through regular communication
  • Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving payment-related concerns
  • Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organizational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role.

Requirements

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Previous experience in an administrative or similar role
  • Basic understanding of finance or entry-level finance knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
