About the role
- Lead the execution of key initiatives across Lightspeed’s Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, driving strategic progress and operational efficiencies
- Collaborate closely with teams across GTM and the broader Lightspeed organization to ensure seamless execution of priority programs
- Sit within the President’s Office and build strong relationships with senior leaders to drive alignment on high-priority initiatives
- Leverage structured execution frameworks to align cross-functional teams, track progress against OKRs, and drive measurable business impact
- Partner with departmental leaders to understand their strategies and support the execution of programs that deliver measurable business outcomes
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of key GTM initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader company priorities
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams and central stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Systems, Data)
- Monitor progress against OKRs and KPIs; surface risks early and facilitate timely decision-making
- Track and communicate progress through dashboards, status reports, and stakeholder updates
- Apply program management discipline across planning, governance, execution, and post-mortem activities
- Leverage change management principles to ensure programs remain aligned despite evolving priorities
- Support the adoption of best practices and standardized processes across the PMO and GTM teams
- Contribute to operational excellence by identifying gaps, streamlining workflows, and scaling repeatable practices
- Be flexible and willing to take on new challenges as GTM and company needs evolve
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in program/project management or a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Background in facilitating and working across multiple teams and building stakeholder relationships
- Experience working with data, insight and financial outcomes and objectives; clearly articulating outcomes within a commercial environment
- Comfort in operating in ambiguity across a large, growing, complex, global organisation and seeking cross organisational alignment
- Strong proficiency in the creation and maintenance of program artefacts such as a Program charter, program plan, RAID Logs/project plans and status updates
- Adept and proactive at monitoring and tracking program progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies
- Great communicator (at all levels/across multiple stakeholders) with a focus on initiative progress and outcomes, clear decision making and data-driven actions and outcomes
- Ideally experience in a high growth environment, ideally SaaS
- Ideally experience in a global organization
