Support local Ghent sales teams with administrative tasks post sales
Provide insight and support to members of the Sales teams for opportunity processing
Review, consolidate and reconcile orders, contracts and payments
Process hardware shipments
Work with customers to resolve billing and subscriptions inquiries
Review reports to monitor and boost team efficiency and streamline daily operations
Ensure that sales meet financial and legal requirements
Contribute to wider company initiatives and projects outside of daily tasks
Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management
Requirements
Fluency in written and spoken English and Dutch (French is a bonus)
Experience in an administrative function
Experience in a SaaS and/or technology-related field
Knowledge of Mac OS X, iOS, G Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack
Remarkable communication skills
Team player who works collaboratively to achieve common goals
