About the role
- Lead and support a small team, acting as a point of escalation for complex billing and collection issues while ensuring smooth daily operations
- Oversee the monthly billing cycle, preparing and distributing accurate statements and addressing inquiries from Sales and customers
- Manage collections through reminder emails, outbound calls, and maintaining professional client communication on account status
- Apply and reconcile wire payments, resolving unapplied payments and discrepancies promptly
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and Support teams to ensure accurate reconciliation and continuous process improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel is essential
- Familiarity with billing or finance platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or Zendesk is a bonus, but not needed
