About the role

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads from channels such as website inquiries, marketing campaigns, product trials, and events
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, fit, and readiness to purchase, ensuring smooth handover to Account Executives
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of inbound leads through consistent follow-up until they’re sales-ready
  • Partner with Marketing to follow up on campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality and effectiveness
  • Build strong knowledge of the hospitality sector, customer pain points, and competitive trends to better guide prospects
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and internal teams to ensure seamless lead transitions and contribute to team initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling across multiple channels (phone, email, social) and using varied sales processes
  • A previous business-to-business sales background engaging with SMBs, ideally within the hospitality industry
  • Strong track record in qualifying leads and building a healthy sales pipeline
  • Hands-on experience with sales CRMs, such as Salesforce
  • Sales experience in new business development, preferably within SaaS solutions
  • Familiarity with the Australia/New Zealand market is a bonus, but not needed
