About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Tackle complex, open-ended, cross-functional business questions and structure ambiguity
Analyze business models, revenue streams, growth drivers, and sustainability
Connect individual business performance to the consolidated picture
Build financial models and analyses from the ground up
Find, access, and validate data using SQL and BI tools
Improve in-year and long-range forecasting methodologies, drivers, accuracy, and efficiency
Own the monthly and quarterly finance rhythm, including reviews and reporting
Challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities
Convert complex analysis into recommendations for senior finance and business leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure ambiguous problems
Strong financial modelling skills, including driver-based models and three-statement analysis
Experience working directly with data using SQL or an equivalent querying tool
Experience using a BI platform
Strong business curiosity and ability to investigate business drivers
Ability to challenge assumptions and build trusted relationships with business partners
Strong communication skills for finance and non-finance audiences
Experience working in a complex business with multiple revenue streams or business models
Availability to work within EST/EDT hours
