About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Tackle complex, open-ended, cross-functional business questions and structure ambiguity
  • Analyze business models, revenue streams, growth drivers, and sustainability
  • Connect individual business performance to the consolidated picture
  • Build financial models and analyses from the ground up
  • Find, access, and validate data using SQL and BI tools
  • Improve in-year and long-range forecasting methodologies, drivers, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Own the monthly and quarterly finance rhythm, including reviews and reporting
  • Challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities
  • Convert complex analysis into recommendations for senior finance and business leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure ambiguous problems
  • Strong financial modelling skills, including driver-based models and three-statement analysis
  • Experience working directly with data using SQL or an equivalent querying tool
  • Experience using a BI platform
  • Strong business curiosity and ability to investigate business drivers
  • Ability to challenge assumptions and build trusted relationships with business partners
  • Strong communication skills for finance and non-finance audiences
  • Experience working in a complex business with multiple revenue streams or business models
  • Availability to work within EST/EDT hours
