About the role
- Lead your inside and field sales team across the market segments: theatre, architainment, TV & film, and trade
- Work independently to achieve jointly defined sales, margin and growth targets
- Manage sales activities in alignment with company strategy
- Prepare insightful market analyses, forecasts and reports
- Provide technically sound, customer-focused advice and support
- Present our products and solutions at customer meetings, trade shows, roadshows and events
- Identify optimization opportunities and continuously work on improving sales processes and tools
Requirements
- Completed vocational training (e.g., as an event technician) or an equivalent qualification
- Relevant professional experience in the theatre market, TV & film or architainment
- Experience in sales and project work—ideally in a leadership position
- Willingness to travel frequently, strong communication skills and leadership capability
- Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
- Positive attitude as well as entrepreneurial and strategic thinking
- Technical understanding and enthusiasm for the product portfolio
