About the role

  • Lead your inside and field sales team across the market segments: theatre, architainment, TV & film, and trade
  • Work independently to achieve jointly defined sales, margin and growth targets
  • Manage sales activities in alignment with company strategy
  • Prepare insightful market analyses, forecasts and reports
  • Provide technically sound, customer-focused advice and support
  • Present our products and solutions at customer meetings, trade shows, roadshows and events
  • Identify optimization opportunities and continuously work on improving sales processes and tools

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (e.g., as an event technician) or an equivalent qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in the theatre market, TV & film or architainment
  • Experience in sales and project work—ideally in a leadership position
  • Willingness to travel frequently, strong communication skills and leadership capability
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
  • Positive attitude as well as entrepreneurial and strategic thinking
  • Technical understanding and enthusiasm for the product portfolio
