Design for complexity: translate intricate business requirements, regulations, and workflows into clear, efficient user experiences. Work with large data sets: create interfaces that handle information density gracefully, enabling users to filter, compare, and act on critical data. Partner cross-functionally: collaborate with PMs and engineers to define product requirements, scope trade-offs, and ensure design feasibility. Elevate design standards: champion consistency, accessibility, and scalability across the product, building and extending design systems where needed. Advocate for the user: conduct user research and usability testing with B2B customers to validate assumptions and uncover pain points. Requirements 5+ years of experience in product/UX design, with at least 2 years focused on B2B SaaS or enterprise web applications A portfolio showcasing end-to-end case studies where you’ve simplified complex, data-rich workflows. Experience designing for multi-step flows, data centric views, dashboards and reporting Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.). Strong systems thinking and interaction design skills, with attention to detail in typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy. Experience building and working within design systems. Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and balancing business goals with user needs. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present work and rationale to stakeholders.
