About the role
- Own the end-to-end design process: from research and discovery, to prototyping, to final UI specifications.
- Design for complexity: translate intricate business requirements, regulations, and workflows into clear, efficient user experiences.
- Work with large data sets: create interfaces that handle information density gracefully, enabling users to filter, compare, and act on critical data.
- Partner cross-functionally: collaborate with PMs and engineers to define product requirements, scope trade-offs, and ensure design feasibility.
- Elevate design standards: champion consistency, accessibility, and scalability across the product, building and extending design systems where needed.
- Advocate for the user: conduct user research and usability testing with B2B customers to validate assumptions and uncover pain points.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product/UX design, with at least 2 years focused on B2B SaaS or enterprise web applications
- A portfolio showcasing end-to-end case studies where you’ve simplified complex, data-rich workflows.
- Experience designing for multi-step flows, data centric views, dashboards and reporting
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
- Strong systems thinking and interaction design skills, with attention to detail in typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience building and working within design systems.
- Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and balancing business goals with user needs.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present work and rationale to stakeholders.
