Establish and coordinate the overall automation test strategy based on test plans
Lead the design, development, maintenance, and execution of automated test scripts and frameworks
Manage, mentor, and guide junior QA automation engineers
Drive the adoption of QA best practices and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to triage bugs and manage the defect lifecycle
Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues

Requirements

5+ years of experience in QA automation or as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
Extensive experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, JUnit, TestNG, Playwright or similar)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems
Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured) and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
