About the role
- Own and articulate a forward-looking product strategy

- Identify emerging market trends to guide strategic product decisions
- Establish product management processes and foster collaboration
- Oversee discovery, requirement definition, design feedback, and release execution
- Drive deep customer understanding through analytics and market research
- Partner closely with engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and compliance
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years in a product leadership role in B2B SaaS
- Experience with building enterprise-grade software products with complex workflows
- Proven ability to manage large volumes of customer-driven features
- Strong grasp of discovery frameworks and prioritization methodology
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop product managers
