Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with the management of eDiscovery cases
Drive work through various operational departments
Create work orders for tasks associated with data intake, culling, processing, hosting, and production
Complete quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of work product
Maintain a good understanding of eDiscovery and market competitors
Develop a thorough understanding of Lighthouse workflows
Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to stakeholders
Manage the pod’s work request queue
Participate in process improvement initiatives
Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (Masters or JD a plus)
4+ years of work experience with at least two years of eDiscovery experience
Relativity experience required
PMP certification a plus
Strong analytical and logical skills
Strong project management skills
Flexibility and adaptability to handle a changing and growing workload
