About the role
- Manage client annual budgets
- Consult clients on eDiscovery best practices
- Identify preferred paths to complete projects
- Plan and manage project communications of pod members
- Provide workflow consultation
- Drive development of standards
- Respond to client requests
- Train and develop team members on workflows and eDiscovery best practices
- Initiate work on behalf of clients
- Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Masters or JD a plus) or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of work experience with at least four years of e-Discovery project management experience.
- 5+ years of successful experience in a law department, law firm and/or a legal consulting firm or eDiscovery provider
- Relativity experience required
- Strong knowledge of eDiscovery best practices
- Ability to quickly acquire a deep understanding of Lighthouse workflows, internal tools, and documentation necessary to act as an internal escalation resource
- Strong project management skills
