Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
- 1+ Years’ experience in a customer service call center position
- 1+ Years’ Sales experience (preferably soft sales)
- Fluency in both English & Spanish, both verbal & written
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to engage in soft sales
