About the role
- Conducts market, competitive, and financial analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks relevant to Lighthouse’s strategic priorities.
- Supports the development of business cases for new products, services, partnerships, or market entries, including financial modeling and ROI analyses.
- Creates high-quality presentations and executive deliverables that synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with teams including Finance, Product, Marketing, Operations, and IT to gather data, validate assumptions, and drive project progress.
- Contributes to the development and tracking of strategic plans, Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), and performance metrics across multiple lines of business.
- Participates in the execution of strategic initiatives, supporting project management tasks, stakeholder coordination, and implementation efforts.
- Monitors industry and regulatory trends, preparing concise reports and updates for senior leadership.
- Supports ad hoc strategic analyses and projects as directed by the Director, Corporate Strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience, ideally in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or a similar analytical role.
- Experience in financial services or credit union/banking environment preferred but not required.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus.
