Strategy

• Conducts market, competitive, and financial analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks relevant to Lighthouse’s strategic priorities.
• Supports the development of business cases for new products, services, partnerships, or market entries, including financial modeling and ROI analyses.
• Creates high-quality presentations and executive deliverables that synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with teams including Finance, Product, Marketing, Operations, and IT to gather data, validate assumptions, and drive project progress.
• Contributes to the development and tracking of strategic plans, Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), and performance metrics across multiple lines of business.
• Participates in the execution of strategic initiatives, supporting project management tasks, stakeholder coordination, and implementation efforts.
• Monitors industry and regulatory trends, preparing concise reports and updates for senior leadership.
• Supports ad hoc strategic analyses and projects as directed by the Director, Corporate Strategy.
