About the role

  • Develop and Execute Growth Marketing Strategy: Leads the creation and implementation of a comprehensive growth marketing strategy for our banking products.
  • Analyze Business Performance: Conducts ongoing analysis of P&L, balance sheet, and other sources of business and marketplace insights, identifying growth opportunities and diagnosing business challenges.
  • Advocate for Resources: Serves as an advocate for the resources necessary to achieve growth objectives, presenting data-driven recommendations to secure internal buy-in.
  • Market and Consumer Insights: Maintains expertise in market dynamics, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to inform business strategies.
  • Strategic Storytelling: Translates business performance and market insights into compelling narratives to influence stakeholders and support strategic initiatives.
  • Marketing Campaign Management: Briefs, develops, and manages full-funnel marketing campaigns, from brand awareness to performance marketing, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partners with internal teams, including finance, analytics, and operations, to align business priorities and marketing execution.
  • Executive-Level Engagement: Presents growth strategies and performance updates to C-level executives, engaging in strategic discussions and decision-making.
  • Performance Measurement: Sets and tracks OKRs for marketing initiatives, ensuring accountability and continuous optimization of growth efforts.
  • Embrace and Leverage Technology: Stays informed about emerging technologies and trends, proactively adopting tools and platforms that enhance day-to-day operations, improve efficiency, and support innovative approaches to achieving growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Brand Management, or related roles.
  • Experience in digital-first financial services industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong track record of managing marketing campaigns and driving measurable business growth.
