About the role

  • Provide advice, engage and support our loyal customers by phone
  • Execute outbound campaigns and follow-up activities
  • Present promotions, special offers and new products in an engaging manner
  • Actively cross-sell and proactively identify customer needs
  • Receive and process incoming orders
  • Provide friendly, solution-oriented customer support
  • Maintain and update customer data in the ERP system
  • Process webshop orders, credit notes and goodwill cases
  • Log customer interactions and maintain master data

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship (KV), vocational training in sales, or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in telesales or a call centre is an advantage
  • Enjoy telephone-based customer contact and proactive selling
  • Native German speaker with very good knowledge of French; Italian is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Service-oriented, dependable and a team player
  • Clear, personable communication skills, even under pressure
