About the role
- Provide advice, engage and support our loyal customers by phone
- Execute outbound campaigns and follow-up activities
- Present promotions, special offers and new products in an engaging manner
- Actively cross-sell and proactively identify customer needs
- Receive and process incoming orders
- Provide friendly, solution-oriented customer support
- Maintain and update customer data in the ERP system
- Process webshop orders, credit notes and goodwill cases
- Log customer interactions and maintain master data
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (KV), vocational training in sales, or equivalent qualification
- Experience in telesales or a call centre is an advantage
- Enjoy telephone-based customer contact and proactive selling
- Native German speaker with very good knowledge of French; Italian is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
- Service-oriented, dependable and a team player
- Clear, personable communication skills, even under pressure
