About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
- Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
- Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
- Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages.
- Able to communicate expressively and receptively for all responsibilities within the job role.
