Orthodontic Integration Specialist
LightForceIntegration Specialist for LightForce guiding orthodontic practices in adopting a fully digital orthodontic system. Collaborating with sales teams to optimize clinical and operational processes and maximize growth.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the onboarding, adoption, and growth of the LightForce’s orthodontic system in orthodontic practices.
- Apply clinical expertise and knowledge of orthodontic office processes to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build relationships with doctors and staff, providing tailored clinical insights and training.
- Collaborate with the sales team for customer assessments and facilitate full adoption of systems.
- Provide clinical support and training to optimize utilization and integration of technology.
- Lead new customer onboarding training strategies and assist with resource development.
- Stay engaged with orthodontic organizations to monitor industry trends.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Clinical certification in dentistry (RDH, EF, CDA, RDA, LDA etc.) and/or dental office management experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in the related health industry (i.e orthodontic, dental, practice, etc.)
- Valid Driver's license and ability to travel
- Recent Orthodontic chairside experience highly preferred
