Orthodontic Integration Specialist
LightForceIntegration Specialist driving the onboarding and growth of LightForce’s orthodontic system in practices. Collaborating with the sales team to optimize outcomes in orthodontics.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the onboarding, adoption, and growth of LightForce’s orthodontic system in orthodontic practices.
- Apply clinical expertise and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of orthodontic office processes, workflows, and sales strategy.
- Build and leverage influential relationships with doctors and staff.
- Perform customer assessments and create defined work paths for full adoption of LightForce system.
- Deliver clinical training and presentations to various customer types.
- Strategically work with sales and marketing to prioritize opportunities.
- Stay active with orthodontic organizations to keep abreast of trends.
- Utilize data/analytics to help customers drive decision making.
- Diagnose results and lead triage execution, communicating with leadership.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Clinical certification in dentistry (RDH, EF, CDA, RDA, LDA etc.) and/or dental office management experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in the related health industry (i.e orthodontic, dental, practice, etc.)
- Valid Driver's license and ability to travel
- Recent Orthodontic chairside experience highly preferred
