Software Engineer

• Develop and enhance Salesforce components, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.
• Collaborate with the Platform Owner and Administrator to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.
• Assist with system integrations across platforms---Boomi iPaaS (experience or willingness to learn Boomi is a plus).
• Develop and maintain Apex test classes to ensure code quality, reliability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging and deployment processes to ensure stable, reliable releases.
• Support the ongoing improvement of CI/CD and DevOps practices within the Salesforce environment.
• Contribute to documentation, design specifications, and release notes.
• Work closely with business users to understand needs and propose effective technical solutions.
• Identify and suggest ways to improve platform performance, data quality, and user experience.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices, continuously developing technical and professional skills.
