About the role
- Lead the development, execution, and optimization of Lightcast’s event strategy.
- Bring structure and strategic intent to event investments.
- Build scalable processes, define tiered event frameworks, and ensure alignment to marketing and sales goals.
- Drive measurable ROI from events.
- Analyze data, build budgets, and create playbooks while managing logistics, messaging, and onsite experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing B2B marketing events (preferably in SaaS, data, or technology industries).
- Proven ability to plan and execute large-scale and regional events end-to-end.
- Strong analytical skills—comfortable building budgets, measuring ROI, and making data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and vendor negotiation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation, and event management tools.
- Strategic thinker who can balance creativity with operational excellence.
- Ability to travel domestically several times per year for event execution.
