About the role

  • Be one part of the delivery triangle of Product, Technology, Operations and oversee all activities and functions associated with product management.
  • Communicate throughout the business to specify scalable products and ensure what is built is right.
  • Define and specify product functionality though stories, diagrams, and your communication skills.
  • Own product definitions for OGS and key features such as configuration services, regulatory requirements, standardising features across different platforms.
  • Maintain detailed backlogs and ready to go stories and effectively prioritise the backlog using agile frameworks and methodologies.
  • Be responsible for the quality of your stories and work closely with users, business stakeholders, operational teams, and technical teams to produce specifications.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to feed into the roadmap.
  • Define, own, and execute a strategic roadmap.
  • Ensure products and solutions are properly documented, have comprehensive training materials, behave consistently across the full platform, can be easily deployed and maintained, can be supported through monitoring, logging, documentation, etc., and are scalable and high performance.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with customers, technical account managers and the commercial team to retrieve information about product line performance and present business strategies.

Requirements

  • Ideally degree level qualification.
  • 2-3+ years product ownership/ management experience.
  • Experience working with B2B platform products.
  • A technical and analytical background.
  • Experience within the gaming industry a very strong plus.
  • Demonstrable oral and written communication skills.
  • A technical understanding of game development a plus.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams in a technology domain.
  • Experience with agile frameworks and methodologies, backlog management, and writing ready-to-go stories.
  • Ability to define and specify product functionality through stories, diagrams, and communication.
  • Strong presentation skills and stakeholder relationship management.
