About the role

  • Lead a high-performing team in developing core game technologies

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years in software engineering
  • At least 5 years in leadership roles

  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering best practices
  • Strong knowledge of software design patterns, modularity, and performance optimization
  • Proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and growing engineering teams
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, platform, QA, and compliance teams
