About the role
- Responsible for selling gaming products to licensed casino operators within an assigned territory and improving the quality of customer service.
- Maintains a good working knowledge of the product line and its application within the marketplace.
- Prepares and delivers sales presentations to new and existing customers to sell Light & Wonder products and services on location, at trade associate meetings, and from the office.
- Identifies customer requirements via sales contact or through slot floor analysis and demonstrates how specific types of products and services will promote their casino in the most effective way possible.
- Compiles and maintains updated account listings/call sheets of all customers through the use of personal contacts, trade journals, business directories, and other available sources of information.
- Collects credit history information as required, quotes customer based on corporate approved prices and prepares sales contracts and sales order entry documentation in a timely and accurate manner for orders obtained.
- Provides estimated dates of delivery to the customer based on lead times and keeps customer advised of all issues impacting the delivery of the order.
- Provides updated forecast reports on a regular basis to management and identifies major sales opportunities in a timely manner.
- Prepares sales contracts and sales order entry documentation in a timely and accurate manner for orders obtained.
- Sell to large assigned customer base.
- Reports expense account information in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Meets or exceeds sales quotas.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- This position is remote, with the ideal candidate residing in the Midwest/East (USA).
Requirements
- More than three years of sales experience.
- Minimum of 4 years systems related experience required.
- Preferred prior working experience with one of the major Gaming manufacturers in a Systems/Technology landscape.
- Understanding of Gaming technology and systems related nuances in a working capacity.
- Aptitude to learn Gaming systems commercial objectives and implement in a customer setting.
- Demonstrate skills in developing territory and customer base.
- Ability to work in a dynamic sales environment.

- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, sales proposals, and presentation materials.
