About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Organize and coordinate board meetings, assemblies, and international high-level meetings (online and in-person)
  • Prepare meeting minutes, document key decisions, and monitor follow-up actions to ensure timely implementation
  • Ensure timely statutory filings and monitor compliance with internal and external governance deadlines
  • Coordinate board member onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain governance-related communication channels and documentation
  • Act as the primary administrative contact for board members
  • Support management of governance budgets and expenses
  • Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives in governance processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in governance, compliance, corporate administration, or a similar role
  • Understanding of governance and legal frameworks relevant to NGOs is an asset
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment
  • Proficiency in MS Teams and other collaboration and meeting management tools
