About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and optimize core People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Administer and support performance review cycles, goal setting, and feedback processes.
- Partner with managers to ensure consistency, fairness, and effectiveness in performance evaluations.
- Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
- Manage offboarding processes, including documentation, exit interviews, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage internship programs, including recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and program administration.
- Promote the adoption and effective utilization of AI tools and automation across the organization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or a similar role.
- Experience administering HRIS platforms and supporting HR operational processes.
- Experience supporting performance management programs and employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Experience using AI-powered productivity and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar) to improve operational efficiency and business processes.
- Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to champion AI adoption and support organizational transformation initiatives.
