About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze data (BSCS,CDRs, network, charging, customer data) to identify trends and actionable insights
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into data solutions
Perform data mapping, profiling, and interface analysis across systems
Support data migration and ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy
Develop and execute SIT/UAT test plans and validation processes
Build dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar) for business users and leadership
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management
Use AI/GenAI tools to accelerate data analysis and root cause investigations
Automate reporting, documentation, and test case generation using AI
Apply AI techniques for data quality checks, anomaly detection, and optimization
Demonstrate how AI can improve efficiency across the data lifecycle
Identify opportunities to introduce AI-driven solutions in telecom use cases

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in data analysis with a special focus on telco
Strong knowledge of telco systems: EMM, MSC, ICT, CCN, MAPS, SDP, CDRs
Solid understanding of Data Warehousing & BI concepts
Strong SQL skills (mandatory)
Experience with Hive, Presto, Trino, or similar
Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies
Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Python ML, AutoML)
Ability to demonstrate real use cases of AI in your daily work
Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) is a plus
Familiarity with AI-driven analytics, automation, or anomaly detection
