About the role

  • Carry out activities focused on fundraising and revenue growth;
  • Support the department leadership in restructuring processes, strategic planning, and feasibility studies for implementing a potential CRM to help achieve fundraising targets;
  • Work on securing funds through pitch projects, projects under incentive laws (tax incentive programs), cause-related marketing, and unrestricted donations;
  • Create and develop commercial presentations to attract, raise awareness, and secure support;
  • Map companies and potential donors around our units, and contact and approach them;
  • Analyze the portfolio map and conduct active partner prospecting;
  • Engage directly with individuals and organizations to carry out fundraising approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Social Communication, Marketing, Economics, International Relations, Social Work, Public Policy, or a related field;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, as these will be used regularly;
  • Must be confident in negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills to conduct regular approaches with prospective donors;
  • Postgraduate qualification preferred;
