About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the ML Platform
- Lead, mentor, and develop two IC Product Managers
- Drive execution of major platform initiatives
- Partner closely with ML teams to understand constraints and requirements
- Collaborate with Finance to track infrastructure cost targets
- Establish and monitor platform KPIs
- Architect and evolve the product function for ML Platform
- Serve as the primary product stakeholder voice for ML development
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in product management
- At least 3 years focused on ML infrastructure
- Proven experience as a player/coach
- Deep technical fluency in ML concepts
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred
