About the role
- Develop effective creative strategies tailored to premium customer goals and Liftoff's commercial objectives.
- Deliver quarterly planning for creative campaigns, including milestone setting and creative goal alignment.
- Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate high-impact creative concepts that address customer-specific needs.
- Analyze creative performance data to extract actionable insights and optimize strategy using Looker and other internal tools.
- Pitch creative recommendations as upsell opportunities.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with strategic customers, acting as a trusted creative advisor.
- Partner with Revenue and internal teams to align creative strategy with broader account strategies.
- Design narratives and presentations that proficiently showcase creative insights, trends, and strategies through visual and verbal communication.
- Proactively manage customer and internal expectations through regular updates and high-touch touchpoints.
- Leverage internal resources and documentation to improve transparency and alignment.
- Manage projects autonomously, ensuring timely delivery and quality across multiple campaigns.
- Coordinate ad production deliverables with internal design teams and client stakeholders
- Demonstrate robust organization and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Identify areas for process improvement or tooling and provide thoughtful recommendations.
- Contribute to playbooks and knowledge-sharing that support the rollout of successful premium strategies.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
- Share insights, case studies, and customer wins with the broader team to foster best practices.
- Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to internal enablement efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, digital marketing, or performance advertising.
- Experience managing high-value customer relationships and performance-driven creative planning.
- Well-developed project management and prioritization skills.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital performance metrics and campaign analysis. Including familiarity with Looker, Tableau, and Excel/GSheets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
