About the role
- Build and execute a comprehensive FAFH growth strategy with the VP of Sales
- Lead national sales efforts across commercial and non-commercial foodservice segments
- Establish national account priorities and manage key customer relationships
- Elevate partnerships with Sysco, US Foods, PFG, Vistar, contract feeders, and GPOs
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and bid processes
- Drive Lifeway-branded menu placements
- Lead and develop a broker network sales team
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations to ensure service levels, forecasting accuracy, and execution excellence
- Conduct behavior in compliance with Lifeway Employee Policy
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Food Away From Home or foodservice sales
- Proven success managing national & regional foodservice accounts
- Deep understanding of commercial and non-commercial distribution models
- Experience working with broadline distributors, contract feeders, and alternative channels
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset
- Background in branded CPG, dairy, beverage, or functional foods preferred
- Experience in refrigerated, probiotic, or functional food categories preferred
- Experience scaling brands in foodservice preferred
- Broker management experience preferred
- Exposure to C-store and vending channels preferred
