About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to inbound inquiries from homeowners
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and re-engage prospects
- Qualify potential customers based on project needs
- Schedule in-home appointments for outside sales representatives
- Accurately input and manage customer information in CRM
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience on every call
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in inside sales, a call center, or appointment setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience in the home improvement or construction industry is a plus
