About the role
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults in an outpatient care setting, both in-person at clinics and through digital health telemedicine.
- Deliver patient care and demonstrate clinical excellence.
- Collaborate as part of the clinical team.
- Work in a hybrid model with flexible schedule and set your own hours.
- Utilize full administrative support for scheduling and billing.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Minnesota
- LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC
- Child, adolescent, or adult experience.
