About the role
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven outpatient mental healthcare for children, adolescents, and adults
- Deliver therapy both in-person at clinics and through digital health telemedicine
- Participate in the clinical team and contribute to clinical excellence and patient care
- Maintain clinical documentation and collaborate with administrative staff (scheduling & billing)
- Set and manage flexible clinical schedules (full-time or part-time)
- Work in 100% outpatient setting with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Minnesota
- LMFT, LICSW, LPCC
- Child, adolescent, or adult experience
- Licensed Therapist - LICSW-LPCC-LMFT
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence
