About the role
- Provide outpatient mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
- Deliver care both via telehealth and in-person appointments
- Maintain clinical excellence and patient-centered treatment plans
- Collaborate with the clinical team and support staff
- Utilize digital health telemedicine platforms and company technology
- Participate in administrative processes with full administrative support

Requirements
- Independently licensed in the state of Ohio (LISW, LPCC, IMFT)
- Experienced working with adults, children & adolescents and or the complete lifespan
- At least 1 day/week in person
